A teacher, researcher and clinician, he founded the Laboratoire de Recherche sur les M\u00e9tastases in 1992 and became Director of the Centre de Canc\u00e9rologie Exp\u00e9rimentale at the University of Li\u00e8ge in 2000.<\/p>\n

In 1998, he was appointed Chair of Biology at the Faculty of Medicine. As early as 1995, he became interested in the impact of nutrition on health, and decided to apply the concepts of Functional Medicine to his patients, in line with Hippocrates’ precept: \u201cLet your food be your first medicine\u201d. <\/p>\n

In 1995, he founded NutriHealth, a company specializing in training and consultancy. In collaboration with companies and laboratories specializing in nutrition, he teaches the concepts of this medicine in Belgium, most European countries and the United States.<\/p>\n

He has set up several training programs in Nutritional and Functional Medicine, from which several thousand healthcare professionals have benefited.<\/p>\n

In 2017, he founded the MAPS (Micronutrition Alimentation, Pr\u00e9vention et Sant\u00e9) European University Diploma, which he coordinates at Paris Descartes University.<\/p>\n

In 2021, NutriHealth is renamed NutriHealth By Vincenzo Castronovo and becomes completely independent. Vincent Castronovo is also a member of the Acad\u00e9mie Royale de M\u00e9decine Belge and has been elevated to the rank of Cavalieri by the President of the Italian Republic.
