Alain HUOT

After a few years in the corporate world, at the age of 28 Alain Huot discovered naturopathy and spent four years training with Daniel Kieffer, founder of the Collège Européen de Naturopathie Traditionnelle Holistique (CENATHO) and France’s leading holistic naturopath. This course of study opened the door to various specialties in the field of natural and alternative medicine. He trained in aromatherapy, energy medicine, sophrology, psycho-emotional therapy and nutritional and functional medicine with Professor Vincent Castronovo, Doctor of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, cancer researcher and expert in preventive medicine.

Alain Huot’s marked attraction to natural, energetic and quantum medicines, to psychology, to works on consciousness and to various spiritualities is only the visible part of his insatiable quest: to understand the mysteries of Life and its meaning.

A tireless researcher in the field of holistic health, nourished by three decades of consultations, he doesn’t hesitate to confront his knowledge with the reality of the field.

From his experience as a clinician, he quickly developed a desire to pass on his knowledge through the creation and running of workshops, conferences and training courses, first for the general public and then for health professionals. For many years, he taught at naturopathy schools in Paris and Toulouse.

He will also be lecturing for a research and marketing laboratory specializing in nutritional supplements and phyto-nutrients.

In 2019, he publishes “Le jeûne, une voie royale de la santé du corps et de l’esprit” (Fasting, a royal road to health for body and mind) with Editions Dangles, a reference book in the field of fasting and acclaimed by the press.

In 2021, he and his wife co-wrote “Votre jeûne holistique en pratique”, published by Éditions Chariot d’Or.

In 2020, with the support of the historic Paris school, he founded and directs CENATHO Toulouse, a reference school in holistic naturopathy with a teaching team of 12 instructors.

He is also the author of numerous articles on preventive and natural medicine.

Today, he divides his time between his ongoing consultations, passing on his experience and knowledge through courses at naturopathy schools, lectures and audiovisual content on various platforms, his work as a consultant-trainer for private and hospital healthcare professionals, and supervising fasting cures with “Hygea-La santé par la Nature”, which he co-founded.
