Brain and Food

Discover how your diet can help you optimize your capacities and faculties?

Diet and the brain are closely linked, playing a crucial role in our mental and cognitive well-being. What we eat has a significant impact on our brain function, from concentration and mental health to memory and the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases. Essential nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and vitamins are key to maintaining optimal brain activity. On the other hand, a diet rich in processed foods and added sugars can promote inflammation and cognitive decline. In this dossier, France GUILLAIN will share with you in detail the impact of diet on the brain, highlighting food choices that promote mental and cognitive health, as well as habits to avoid to preserve our cerebral well-being.
