Léonardo PELAGOTTI

Leonardo Pelagotti is the founder of INSPIRE and the INSPIRE Academy, institutions dedicated to teaching conscious, holistic breathing.

For over 8 years, he has helped more than 5,000 people in Europe to become aware of and master their breathing, including top athletes as part of the Étoiles du sport program, teams preparing for the Tokyo Olympics, Italian special forces, business leaders and anyone wishing to get to know themselves better.

“I grew up with allergies and bad breathing on a daily basis. This had a direct impact on my health and energy levels. Running 2 km was a real challenge for me and I was totally out of breath and exhausted. One day, I had the chance to learn how to breathe properly thanks to the Wim Hof method, and since then I’ve transformed my daily breathing, and thus my energy and health.
