Felicia SEGOVIA

Like most cooking enthusiasts, it was during my childhood that it all began.

With memories of my grandmother Maria’s cooking, the smells you couldn’t find anywhere else, the magic of making tasty dishes with simple, inexpensive ingredients, the dose of spices and pinches of imagination and love, made dream dishes…

I have no recollection of my grandmother Felicia, who left when I was little, but I’m told that in her little village, she had an abundance of produce. Varieties of fruit and vegetables, olive oil, cereals, she cooked, sold and bartered in her café-grocery store bread, cookies, cakes, stewed dishes… I still meet people who have intense and magical memories of her cooking.

It’s no coincidence that I was christened Felicia Maria.

Because of various health problems, I’ve been passionate about well-being, alternative medicine and nutrition for 20 years…

I wanted to integrate my research into my dishes. So cooking has become one of the main driving forces in my life, a cuisine for life, plant-based, lively, joyful, colorful, gourmet and tasty. It’s this way of cooking or eating that has changed and continues to change my life, and that I’d like to share with you.

Without labels, it’s a plant-based cuisine, rich in raw ingredients with all their benefits, that nourishes and cleanses us, ecological, seasonal, local, respectful of people, animals and the planet.

It’s with our small gestures and gentleness that we can change our lives, our health, the way we consume, and thus do our part to change the world, honor and thank our abundant and beautiful planet earth!!!
