The speaker

Dr Denys COESTER

Denys Coester is an anesthetist and intensive care physician. During his studies, he became aware that “modern” medicine tended to compartmentalize the human being too much: one mind, several organs, and to treat the disease more than the patient himself. So he looked for ways to develop a mind-body, preventive approach. His research led him to train in the so-called 5Ps (predictive, preventive, personalized, participative and positive) through anti-aging medicine and various mental approaches. Trained in coaching and Ericksonian medical hypnosis, he later became an instructor with the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists, the world’s leading hypnosis organization). He has also trained in EFT and cardiac coherence.
