After graduating from IPAC Nantes in 1994, he took over the management of Chrono Flex in 1995.
It developed a new organizational model for this company, which specialized in the repair of hydraulic hoses. It became the leader in its sector.

Alongside his role as CEO, Alexandre Gérard is developing activities in digital, purchasing, communications and electricity.

Today, Alexandre Gérard is Chairman of the Inov-On Group, a consulting and communications group for which Chrono Flex works.

It supports its 300 employees in a collaborative and liberated organizational approach, with an emphasis on well-being.
