It was at the age of 25 that I decided to take to the stage, by entering the Cours Florent. Shy by nature, I was afraid of other people’s stares, and had never dared to take acting classes when I was younger, even though I was dying to.
Later, after starting to work with theater companies, I needed to master my voice better. It was through a workshop with Richard Cross that I discovered the profession of vocal coach. From day one, I said to myself: “I want to do what he does”. I was 31 when I joined his school to work on my voice. It was much more than a vocal training course. It gave me a sense of personal fulfillment and liberation.
Vocal work enabled me to take my place, assert myself and gain self-confidence. I went on to give singing and acting lessons. At the same time, I had several jobs, including human resources manager, and I wanted to go further by training to become a coach in 2017, to support people in achieving their goals.
Since then, I’ve set up my own micro-enterprise in Bordeaux, where I coach children from the earliest stages of musical development, singers in music schools, actors in training, groups, individuals, at home, by videoconference, in companies, in schools, etc., and I also organize Coaching, Singing & Theater courses for adults, with full board, in the summer in the Pyrenees.
My aim: to help everyone free themselves of their limiting fears, so that they can live life to the full and express themselves to the full.
