Vanessa Seydoux has explored many forms of Hatha Yoga, from the most dynamic to the most gentle (Iyengar, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, Yin, Kundalini, Sound Yoga, Yoga Nidra…).

She has developed a method adapted to the diversity of bodies and individuals, so that everyone can progress at their own pace.

She aims to give you all the keys you need to develop your own individual practice, so that yoga becomes part of your life.
